Personal data processing policy

1. Data controller
JF Motores ([pending], Tax ID [pending]), with its workshop at Cra. 52 # 12-40, Medellín, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
2. Data we collect
Name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, and the details of the quotes you request (product, date and channel). If you sign in with Google, we only receive your name, email and profile picture from Google. Your country is estimated from your connection and you can change it in My account. We also collect technical browsing data such as language and device.
3. How we use it
To handle your quotes and purchases, give you access to your account, track the equipment you buy, improve the site and, only if you authorize it, send you news and offers.
4. Your rights
You may access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, revoke this authorization and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. You can update your details from My account.
5. How to exercise them
Message us on WhatsApp at +57 312 2110262 with your name, email and request. We will reply within the legal deadlines (10 business days for inquiries and 15 for claims).
6. Security and retention
Your data is stored on servers with restricted access. Passwords are stored encrypted and nobody can see them. We keep data while the business relationship exists or as required by law.
7. Cookies and measurement
We use our own necessary cookies: session, language, preferences and an anonymous identifier we use to record your WhatsApp quote requests (product, approximate country, device and the campaign that brought you). Only if you accept them in the cookie notice do we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. You can change your choice at any time in “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.
